    What's everyone up too nowadays?

It seems like it's been more quiet then usual around. So, what's everyone been up to?

Me, i've been reorganizing my comics, which is a bigger project then I originally figured it would be, but almost done.
i have also written a comic book. I now need to do character designs and start drawing it. Been extremely lazy with this one. Wrote it over a year ago. But, I am really excited about it and got some inspiration to get going on it because I was at Fan Expo chicago this past weekend.
Speaking of Fan Expo chicago, I had fun at this one. Bought a stack of comics, including the first published work of Larry Hama in Castle Of Frankenstein #9 from 1966. Very happy with this one.
I also saw Mark Hamill, William Shatner, Charlie Cox, Rosario Dawson, Newman, Putty, the lawyer(forgot his name), and the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld.
I've slowed down with collecting Classified Joes. I have over 100 of them and running out of room FAST.

Sounds Awesome. Always good to hear when a Joe can return to active duty.

I found one of my Joes I was working on repairing last night. And I found the last posts I made about it on "Current Projects" Today I posted on Facebook about it and my 1964 slotted shoulder Joe I'm repairing, and got a response from Jeff Pell. I think I'm going to be able to get some or all of the parts I need now, and finish restoring these two Joes. I'm beginning to have fun again. Also planning to go to the Kentuckiana show in July.

I had to pack up all my GI Joe stuff and go into Silent Mode after retiring and moving to a far distant state (all the way across the Mississippi River). I'm homeless at the moment, and am living in my pole barn, which will be my tractor shed as soon as the house gets built. I have a table in a couple of chairs crammed in them on the boxes of household goods that surround me, so I don't have any room to get any Joe stuff out, even if I at the time!
So I don't have any space, time, or money for hobbies right now. Poor me. Waah. Waah. But once my house gets built, I will have a Joe Room again!
    ;-)

I've been researching and investing since last August. I haven't had the money to buy any Joes and not much for any extras. So I'm investing to get in a better position financially. Then maybe I'll return to Joes and perhaps a new "headquarters" for him and his buddies.
