Of course #1 would probably be ebay. Check out toy shows, swap meets in your area. Also, check out thrift stores, even though they are hit and miss, I have found a few 3 34"joe vehicles here. Look at garage sales, flea markets, and yard sales. Also check out Cotswold's website. The Joe Collecting "Geek".

Cotswol's web address is: https://www.gijoeelite.com/
They are more 12 inch vintage feel than 3 3/4 stuff.- Scott

Ebay has been my best source. I used to buy figures in lots and then resell the lots with the figures I didn't want. Of course, I have found them in the wilds via yard sales.
I found the web stores to be more expensive over true private sales. Also note that I like my Joes loose and package free. I sure there a joke in there. Good luck and welcome to the board. You may want to register with Yo Joe or the Hiss Tank for more 3.75 action.

Sellers at Swao now think every thing Collectable
they believe everything is Gi Joe.
they believe they know as much about this Items as acollector
and are not as Bugesing on the price they use too.
if lucky to find 3-4 stuff among other Items best Bet
this Sellers this want sell everything if they can

I misread this as "There are more 12 inch vintage feet that 3 3/4 stuff."
I thought that was a pretty strange comment. It did make me laugh though.
