    Unstable Dyes?

    Just took a backpack off of a Joe on the shelf. Noticed some bad stains on his load-bearing straps underneath the pack. I think the dye of the pack leached onto the load-bearing straps! Straps were Hasbro, pack was 21st Century. If you have any British paratrooper packs on your Joe's, you may want to check your Joe's for damage! I'll attach a pic.
