  • Rest in Peace old friend

Roger "Camojoe" passed away after a years long battle with cancer. He was a good friend and will be sadly missed by many. If you ever had an interaction with him, you had a friend for life. Probably one of the kindest guys I ever met on line. I have know of his battles for a few years now but told Roger I would not discuss it in the community per his wishes.

Here is the message his wife posted to face book today,

"Roger went to be with Jesus today at 12:55. He fought a battle like no other man has ever fought for 5 years-4 months for me, for us! Strongest, toughest man EVER! My husband, best friend, my everything! I will always love you.."

Rest in peace Bubba, I will miss our talks.

I didn't know him personally, only through the Trenches. He seemed like a good Joe and I will miss his posts.

Yes very sad, left behind his wife of 44 years and a ton of fond memories. Sadly they had no children to my knowledge. Great guy who could make some crazy repro items out of melted down army men. Lisa never left his side as he started his decline. He will be sadly missed,
