I bought this tank today. I kn0w it's missing a lot and missing one of the metal parts in the battery compartment that connects the batteries so I don't know if it runs. Is there any way to get parts, repro or original? Also, does anyone here have any info on this?

What you have is the Remco Bulldog Tank.
Here is a video from an old ebay seller, shows what it does.

Not sure on repro parts but this should give you an idea what all you need.
