    Removing Hardheads with hot water is my preference. I prefer this method to hair dryers because the heat is dispersed evenly and there's no danger of damaging the plastic by overheating. Just boil a kettle of water, pour it in a mug, dip the head in for about 30-45 seconds and pull off the head.

        Agree! Hair dryer for fuzzheads and hot water for painted heads! When reinstalling heads don't make "relief slits" in the neck hole.. it will make it easier to reinstall the head, but it will also ruin It! I don't know what fool came up with that idea, anyway...
